Will miss Medvedev at Wimbledon this year…as he has the game to win it all. Great match.
So good to see RBA doing well on grass. He’s an everyman tennis player, looking as much like an accountant as an athlete.
Let’s go Medvedev!!! I believe that he can win the whole thing.

I believe a significant part of Medvedev’s success can be attributed to his anticipation and footwork.

Really sad Med won’t be able to fully display his tennis IQ in Wimbledon. It would be a challenge to win 3 sets against that serve on a single day on grass.
I think that the pearls from this new day of tennis were:
. The baby who just cried when Medvedev was serving in the second set
. An insane point played between Griekspoor and RBA in the second set
. An easy shot failed by Djere in the net at the beginning of the second set.
Some great grass court tennis in this video, and most of these players aren’t even grass court specialists. I feel the level of play some of these guys are bringing on to the court has dramatically improved recently.

So many talentated players on grass I’ve never heard before, Griekspoor for example.
I like the mindset of Medvedev right now. I guess his fierce mindset is starting again to show up. For sure one of this days , he will harvest another grandslam🤗
Medvedev has never beaten RBA before (head to head is 0-3). I hope he can finally break the duck tonight.
However, considering the way RBA has been playing, it’ll be a big task.
How can you not show highlights of all 4 (!) matches that day and leave out the most entertaining one? Otte vs Basilashvili was much more of a match than Khachanovs and RBAs matches and yet you left that one out. I get that with many matches happening simultaneously and on different courts during a tournament, and 8 and a half minutes of rights for highlights on YT, some matches are bound to not be shown. But today there were 4 matches, all on centre court and played on grass with short rallies, and yet you left out the most entertaining one. That’s pretty poor imo
