Congratulations to Nick, he’s really found his form this year. He has a newfound maturity and self-belief in the past couple of years and that’s allowing him to play at his brilliant best. He just seems happier all round and I think he’s now realising what a great honour and thrill it is to be able to play tennis at the top level, motivating and inspiring millions of people. Well done Nick, keep up the wonderful work! 🌟👏🌟👏🌟👏

At his best, it really feels as though Kyrgios is simply toying with his opponent. Just that sense of calm (during the point, not between them), not forcing the pace, waiting for the right time and suddenly BAM 90+ mph forehand or a perfect dropshot. So excited to be seeing this Nick renaissance in 2022, and hoping he can make another deep run at the US Open.

This is Kyrgios rebirth after the Wimbledon final he realized his true potential and he is applying dedication and motivation to his game and these are the results, we all knew that and for years we hoped his breakout that is finally is happening. Hope he can be consistent and make us enjoy the sport even more. Good luck for the upcoming tournaments ( better pull out from Montreal he played so many matches)

I’m so proud of Nick I can honestly cry. For years I have been praying to the tennis Gods that Nick learns to get out of his own way and finally it seems to be happening. He is motivated, playing great, competing and controlling his outburst. I truly believe the sky is limit if Nick continues to play this way. He must definitely can contend for all the titles, especially the grand slams. I’m very eager to see what he does the remainder of the season.

Wow, what a match. Love how Nicki played so strategically. You could just see how sharp his angles were. You can also see that he not only was hitting side to side but was also hitting short and deep, again, strategically. I feel like he was in control the whole match. As an attacking player myself, this is the kind of play style that I love to see.

It is amazing how well Nishioka played this tournament. I hope he can continue his current performance this fall. As for Kyrios, please keep this momentum all the way through US Open. It is so entertaining to watch his matches.

It’s so great to see Kyrgios in form again and with real focus and motivation! If he keeps on like this, he could be a serious threat at the US Open.

All the focus will be on nick but massive credit to Nishioka on an amazing week- he’s a great example of a guy not having the most talent absolutely maximising everything he has

This just proves the power of taking your mental health seriously and having the right circle around you. Congrats to Nick

Congrats to Kyrgios! The Wimbledon final may have been the turning point in his career. Now he has to play the doubles final. Hoping he wins that too!

Love to see a Kyrgios vs Berrettini final. The two best players, as of late. Nishioka has been playing scary big lately his range is so big its truly frightening with this little giant. Its amazing how good this guy is at his height where others will get beat up, he is often found dictating and playing amazing shots, big spin.

This was the first tennis match I’ve ever been to!! Been watching Tennis for 4 years now ever since I became disabled and am home all day watching TV. I fell in love with Kyrgios at 2019 Citi Open and been watching his career ever since. Great first match to go to!!!

Big-time congrats to Nick on the win…I’ve held the theory for a long time that he could pretty much beat anyone if he would just get (and keep) his attitude straight. He has a deep bag of tricks, high tennis IQ and an economy & efficiency in his shots that is really admirable. Great match, and I hope he continues to stay focused, as he’s a top contender for sure when he does.

Wait a minute – what have you done to the real Nick who would have had a mental breakdown after every second point he lost? Anyway. This version of Kyrgios is a force to be reckoned with at the US Open.

This version of Nick Kyrgios is the best version of himself. Hard for even the best in the world to play if he’s in the zone. His newfound maturity mixed with his playful ignorance for certain tennis tradition makes for a different, yet fun experience.
I’m hoping he can keep this up for a while. He can be in the top 10 by the end of the year then.

He has learned the composure and calm demeanor of Djokovic after their Wimbledon encounter because he knows he has power but the composure will give him focus.

Very surprised, and impressed, by Kyrgios! I can’t put my finger on what has changed about him, but it’s definitely for the better! 💪💪 Nishioka has also been working hard, and the results are playing off big time. He’s played very well here! Proud of them both!
