Sinner’s composure and ball placement was insane. Alcaraz’s ability to cover the entire court was inhuman. Still can’t get over this match hours later. Legends in the making.

This match is already legendary and lived up to the hype, a 5h+ five setter with such an insane quality level of tennis.
The future is bright with these 2 kids ⭐
Sadly it wasn’t the final it would have been even more epic 🔥
P.S if Alcaraz wins the whole thing he becomes the youngest nr.1 in history

These two weren’t lying when they said they raise each other’s level of play. Both of them will remember this legendary match for a long time. Bravo to Alcaraz and Sinner.

Goodness, the highlights are simply Nothing compared to the whole match. So tense, specially when you’re rooting for one of them.
Any and either way, this was so exciting to watch.
Five hours and fifteen minutes of amazing athleticism with two of the youngest guys in the ATP…amazing.
Congrats, on moving on Carlos, and keep your head up high, Janik: both of you have Years of tennis left in you.

The fact that alcaraz has turned this game in his favor after two lost tibreaks and two break deficits in the fourth set is world class. And he’s only 19!!!

What a delight to see sinner and alcaraz play.

It was very exciting.
Somewhere in the 5th set, Sinner placed a ball just over the net,
Alcares began to run, and hit it over the net. 👀
“Sure” .. :)) After 5 hours and 10 minutes of play
he managed to do that.

Both players where amazing 💥❤

The most nerve wrecking game ever. The twists and turns were unending. Heard this is the second longest match in US Open History. Carlitos has nerves of steel. Crowds lost their mind along with their coaches.

Easily match of the year. So many momentum crushing moments (losing second set after missing the wide open forehand passing shot after his circus shot, getting skunked in the third set tiebreak), was unsure if alcaraz had the mental fortitude to recover. Glad to be proven wrong. The kids got a complete game and the heart of a multiple GS champ. So excited to see what the future has in store for him.

The new kids on the block have just taken it up a notch and then some! Carlos is magnificent, but Jannik is pure quality and I feel gutted for the kids that he didn’t quite grasp those few key moments. It goes without saying that the future of tennis with these guys is bright … let’s hope it translates to more young kids getting off their games consoles and taking up the sport and getting down to the local public courts….. as I only ever seeing older guys (like myself) down there!

I’ve never actually watched tennis in all my 28 years of life until the US open. I automatically just became a fan of the sport and these two. By far this was probably the most interesting match in the US open and intense.

Every time I see the match between these two, I get goosebumps. Battles between the next kings attracts so many people, I believe. This time the winner is Alcalaz, but next time will be Sinner. These two will be the next kings of tennis, no one doubt that.
