I’m really impressed with how Holger Rune has been playing so maturally and not afraid to take his shots.

The last 4 points in the third set tiebreak were breathtaking.

I thought Djokovic would lose the match after Tsitsipas had a mini break.

Happy that Djokovic could win in the end.

Rune is finally starting to mature into a professional tennis player! He applauded Auger-Aliasssime a few times during the match, and he is not smashing any more racquets! If he can continue this frightening form, he will be a real threat in grand slams.

Novak Đoković at age 35.5 can miss Australian Open, US Open, Indian Wells, Miami, Canada, Cincinnati + earn 0 points for winning Wimbledon and still finish the season comfortably inside the Top 8. Yes, folks, he’s just that damn good. 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸

Stef played amazingly, if he had won it would’ve been deserved. Nole looked very tired, no break between matches, I wonder if he’ll be able to beat Rune purely because of the energy levels. After Novak retires I will support Stef as other players are way too boring and prone to fist-pumping 🙂

I felt bad for Tsitsipas…
I’m a huge Nole fan and I’m happy he won but at the same time I also understand the feeling when losing to a same player so many “FREAKING” times😩

35 years old. His peak in 2010s was significantly higher, large margin. Even his early years in 2000s were as good as now, let alone 2010s. Some of highest level vs peak Rafa on clay (arguably highest peak ever) was Novak in 2008, 2009, 2011

The way Rune overcame Felix and his streak was absolute Felix had no chance at all. Rune finally found himself with Patrick coaching.

Djokovic vs. Tsitsipas: What a fantastic semifinal this was! I loved it not only in tennis terms, but in terms of how both players worked the crowd to get them on their side. By the ending tiebreak, I was surprised the roof was still on the arena. 😀 I hope tomorrow’s final is this exciting. P.S. Nice to see the crowd give Tsitsi a standing ovation for his efforts as well as Djokovic.

Congratulations to both Félix and Rune.
Félix accomplished what he set out to do, qualify for the ATP finals. and
Rune is really going to be a contender for next year’s slams.

Unbelievable…..The new generation, medvedev, zverev, tsitsipas can’t beat this guys. They will only start winning after novak retires.

Djokovic mental strength and ability to rise from the ashes when he is on the verge to lose should be studied at the university.

Djokovic’s games are lessons in life on how to overcome hurdles, exercise patience, belief in one self, praise your opponent when needed, mental toughness, the confidence and the list goes on.

Djokovic is one of the top 3 athletes in the world right now and one of the best of all time. He’s 35 and we don’t have many chances left to see him play, and the stupid Australian government won’t let him play. We live in historically the stupidest era of mankind ever.

Djokovic is a beast. It is only a matter of time, he will be getting to 25+ grand slams. What a match. What a performance in the tie break. Tsitsipas gave his everything, but it is not good enough to beat Djokovic.
