I think Sinner is now the one to beat (he played the toughest game against Alcaraz in last year’s US Open). I’d love to see him against Djokovic.

Med looks better than some of his recent matches. Hopefully he’s getting back on track. Sinner is banging!!!

Dimitrov’s match point was incredible. Medvedev was back in form. Sinner made Stan look like less than a legend (although he always remains one)

I know I’m in the minority here but I really want Griekspoor to win this tournament, his first ATP 500 and it would be a huge win for Dutch tennis coupled with Van De Zandschulp’s rise, Van Rijthoven’s win last year and hopefully Brouwer joins them.

Hopefully Sinner can win this tournament.
Kudos to Dimitrov, I love when he plays like this( unfortunately 5x times a year)

Sinner’s constant pressure given by his ability to hit the ball so early and with such power from the baseline causes the opponent to lose a few fractions of a second with each rally which in the end accumulates and you see Sinner’s opponent chasing the ball or look for the winning shot or shorten the rally by going down to the net. the same thing happened to Tsisipas yesterday. in fact, the players who stand up to Sinner are those who send everything back and have a fair amount of power to overturn a recovery into an offensive blow: Alcaraz, Djokovic, Medvedev, Zverev and Tsisipas when in top athletic form. Today’s Wawrinka simply doesn’t have the athletic form to play doubles singles and run enough to beat a player like Sinner

If at all there’s a sensation about Rotterdam this year, it’s sinner without a doubt. Sinner, the surgeon is piercing the court with such precision. Not only hard hitting, but mixing up his variations so well, that the opponent doesn’t know what to expect from him. He’s the clear favorite this year.
Sadly, that perfomance from FAA was total trash. Didn’t expect him to be knocked out on straight sets.

Stan the Man! Gracious in defeat (class act), fought hard but comes up short to Sinner, who has been on 🔥

Thank god Med is finally not letting everyone bully him with the serve and volley tactic, hope he gets back into the top 5 where he should be

Medvdev was at his clinical best yet again. It must be so frustrating to play with him when he returns every ball back. Kinda like playing with a ball machine with a moderate speed. I don’t even know why he continues to serve big as he just doesn’t use the 1-2 method and seldom tried for a winner. He will just put the ball back on the court 😂

Medcedev toyed with Felix Choker Aliassime today – it was great to watch. 😂
Nice, expected straight setter!

I have great respect for Wawrinka, but it’s good to see at least one of the next tennis stars dominating the old guard – because they should be.

Nice to see Stan the man back in the mix at later stages of tournaments with the youngsters 🙂
