The difference between Murray and Lehecka is multiple grand slam championships and double Olympic gold medals. These experiences made the difference. Murray has seen the kind of battles his opponent has not seen.
Murray has an unbelievable fighting spirit, specially considering that he knows he will never reach anymore his level and ranking before operation. He has always been my favorite player.
Realistically I don’t think Murray can get past a hurdle like Medvedev, a guy who can defend just as well as he can. But he’s made me hope, damn it…
Feel so happy to see Murray rising again. Never been his fan since big 4 days but I admire his resurgence.
What a player Murray is, after all the things he went through……. LEGEND.
Commentator after 6-0 first set: “The week defined by so many fine margins for Andy Murray so many close matches this is an opening set that bucks the trend”
He didn’t know what was about to come
Medvedev imitating FAA’s grunt down set point is WILD
I think Medvedev will win tomorrow, but man if Murray takes it somehow I would be very excited for him. He’s been through so many hurdles to make it back 🔥🔥
Andy’s amount of comebacks is getting ridiculous
Incredible to see Andy playing at such a level late in his career, I’ve never seen anyone play with so much determination as he is now. Pretty sure it’s the first time in my life I’ve seen the score at 5-4 40-0 in the decider and genuinely didn’t think it was over.
Невероятный, Несгибаемый, Супер Энди!!! Браво!!! Медведев – Murray, очень интересный финал!!!
The part that kills me is Murray is having an incredible tourney that could have been a masters series and really pushed his ranking up, no one should ever question his heart again
Never a big fan of Murry’s game but his hustle and grit is something else!
I just love the absolute intensity of Andy Murray! It’s also great to see that he’s now able to follow up a hard fought victory with additional strong wins whereas last year the big win would drain him and he’d go out next round. Is top 20 possible?
I actually like Medvedev a lot but rooting for Andy tomorrow. The guy’s fighting spirit is unmatched. Nadal might be the closest thing
Completely unreal what Murray provided here. What a great mental to save 3 match balls in a row. It took time, but Murray is really back!!! 🎉
I hope meddy can reach again to his 2021 us open level
Despite the wave of the new young guns in late teens or early 20’s Medvedev still seems to have a few years of competitive tennis left in him. Ironically one of his greatest barriers to another major glory in this or maybe the next 1-2 years would be a player BEFORE, not after, his generation, Novak Djokovic. Would love to see they meet again for a major title.
while Murray’s and Medvedev’s greatness is undeniable, these were some huge choke jobs
Medvedev has got to be one of the best baseline players on tour today
Even at 5-4 40-0 in that last set you could see Murray didn’t stop believing, his eyes told a story that he still thought he could get back in it, and he did! What a win!
Lehecka immediately being concerned and checking if Murray is ok when he appears to have rolled his ankle is a class act. Great example of sportsmanship 👍🏻
I’ve never been an Andy fan, but I’ve become a big fan. I am impressed to see his hard work.
Sou Fâ do Murray!! ele e o Gasquet.. jogam até hoje pq amam o tênis!!
