the way carlos played actually on one leg in that third set is just mind blowing. it shows how loose arms can work. im so so sad that there’s antohter injury for carlos after these 4 months of absence.

Norrie is such a hardworking player, congratz to him. And Alcaraz was humble and shown excellent sportmanship, acting like a true champ.

I’m sure I’m not the only one, BUT, I always, always love to see players being so friendly, with great sporting spirit and respect toward the opponents no matter how matches turn out.

Hats off to Norrie for that performance 👏 Alcaraz was hitting some ridiculous winners what a match

What a camera recording and editing job from Rio Open .. teaching bigger tournaments like big slams how to shoot and record

I love how Norrie was on the other side of the court and was still so confident that Alcaraz’s running forehand was out even though it was CLEARLY in 😆

I’m happy for Norrie, they’re both nice guys. I’m impressed with Alcaraz’s graciousness at losing, it just makes me like him even more. That’s the sign of a true champion, in my opinion, is an athlete that loses graciously. So many brats on the tour that are sore losers, like ostapenko, I think their mind set keeps them down.

Alcaraz’s attitude is awesome. Hats off to him. I know if I got injured like that I would be a pretty sore loser.

That second set was full of drama! Kudos for Norrie for finding the right rhythm and win that set back from a 0-3 games deficit.

Until the last point I still thought💚 Carlos will win. So much to like about this guy, a legend in the making 💫 congrats to Cam for grabbing this title, it was a weird final. 😁

Good to know that forehand point awarded to Alcaraz. Norrie won this battle with persistence even though Alcaraz amazed with stunning returns!!

Both players showed great sportsmanship at the net, don’t understand why the comments have to be so negative?

Hi Ho

It is such a pleasure watching that humble, young and still mature spaniard. You can really see how much he loves this sport and that for him it´s not about fame or money but pure passion for the game. A true champion 🙂

So happy for Norrie! To come back after pretty much having lost the final. Would’ve been tough to lose again after last week!
