Brutal: Tiafoe played awesome but Medvedev has that metronome-like giant-spoon style that grinds players down or scoops the ball at crazy angles off the court and into the smallest corners on the return journey.
He plays the game of TENNIS not showcasing like most others do.Its such a pity the game ĝets mistaken for contact sport by supporters. Relax and admire the talent.

I think this morning’s Indian Wells semfinal match will be a much closer affair and I suspect Tiafoe will be looking to use more variety to upset Medvedev’s rhythm to further add to his struggle to find consistent footing on the desert’s slower courts.

Tiafoe slow down the rhythm may want to seek some opportunities. You can see some 100 mile first serves. But Medvedev is always in control whether the ball is fast or slow. The man is just too good.

I think i like the way this match up looks but.. Tiafoe is gonna have to really buckle down and dig into long rallies OR be ultra attacking (he’s better at the latter than the former imo) to get his first Main draw ATP win over Medvedev
