The embrace at the end between Ghakov and Djokovic was so great to see. Also great to see Zverev win after he mentioned that he had to get last year’s injury out of his head.

Just amazing: Never heard of Gakhov and he gives 20-times GS Winner Djokovic (not in bad form at all) a real test in the 1st set! Mens’ competition is incredible in depth and what a nice way to end: He’ll remember this match for a long time!!

Djokovic has been growing on me for the last few years. I used to see him as the dark horse of the big 3 but now i just recognise his talent and unforgiving grit and determination to grind down any opponent
