Nouvel Ordre Mondial et Satanisme

There was an opportunity for Nishioka… Though he lost he still managed to grind Sinner down for a little while. Too bad he couldn’t continue on this path until the end

Sinner s tennis is so beautiful. Sometimes it feels like he does not want the long rallies to end because he is striking every ball beautifully.

When Yoshi starts pressing the little advantages he gets from grinding, you know he is playing his best. That swinging volley backhand was sick.

Sinner’s first serve percentage was below 45%. Hope he gets better in the next round because better returners will punish him. I think if he played against himself today there would be more breaks that service holds 🙂

Jannik needs more variety in his shot making. One of the sweetest strikes on tour but you can’t win with huge groundies every time, needs some more slice, angles and drop shots to keep opponents guessing. Big fan of Sinner though!

When Sinner will learn how to spread the energy along the match, avoiding useless super fast start, he will became definitively a top 5.

You know, even though I’m so glad Sinner won the match, I have to commend Nishioka for some things he was doing. His ball-striking was very nice throughout, but I was more impressed by his movement, especially in that first set. He’s very light on his feet and has a very nice ability to coordinate his feet with his upper body when moving for a strike. He was ground down by Sinner, but I never felt that he completely lost the high standard of play he walked into the match with. This is something that often divides those who lose a match. Sometimes they just lose everything and completely fail, and sometimes they play well but are just outplayed by there opponent. I believe Nishioka represents the latter here and for that he should be proud!!!

Good match…thought Sinner had cooked it when he dropped second set…he looked really gassed but as he said later in the interview…if he turns up he gives it his all…..impressive guy.

Great heart from Jan today to win it, but very scatterbrained shot selection imo. He looked extremely tired, and also i’ve read somewhere that he might have some allergy problems in this part of the season, and that the medicines to combat that seasonal allergy are wearing him down a little too much. Not sure if that’s the case, but it seemed possible to me. Today, it looked like he wanted to finish points rather quickly, taking the worse decisions on shots, mindlessly bashing the ball crosscourt (especially with the backhand), when the shots down the line were often wide open. Idk, but as a big fan of his, today looked the worst he’s looked in quite a while. But, we keep going strong 🦊💪

Sinner is the competitor how to dictate the long rallies against the formidable adversaries. Area by area, he makes the most precise decision in order to complete the combat with the winner points. It always manifests that the resilience and dynamism of Jannik Sinner will keep fostering and nurturing in the forthcoming periods. Regardless of the floor, court, tourney, tournament, surface, area, place and location, he likes to contend on the pitch. Thus, it makes a sublime impression in order to watch on the court with a great joviality.

Wow.. Alcarez seems like a mix between Federer and Nadal, Sinner like a mix between Djokowic and Wawrinka

Sinner is really turning into something good, so good to watch as well. Serves hard and hits hard and normally gets his first serves in which is good.

This game took off when Nishioka got into his stride in the 2nd set…then it was a hard fought game with Sinner prevailing

Sinner needs to start being a little more versatile on clay! In the second set, there were too many chances wherein Nishioka was so deep and Sinner could have played drop shots or come in to the net. He didn’t do any of those and just kept hitting from the back.
