I can feel Thiem’s desire to come back on every match literally through the screen …
also I can feel his deepest pain every time he lose by two points, all true and dedicated fans of tennis suffer together with him I would say..

Indeed Thiem is on course and very soon will start winning titles again. I believe in him. He is such a great talent and the tennis world wants to see him on top again. Go Thiem,go! 👏👏👏

Well done to both of you, it was an amazing match, I want to congratulate Stefanos for his attitude towards his opponent who is also a friend, he was a gentleman 💯❤

Every camera on the ATP tour should be like it. We can really see how much they put intensity on the court.

While this is a promising performance by Dom, it’s Stefanos that deserves some tactical credit for recognizing just how far back Dom hits from. Stefanos doesn’t need great touch to hit a drop shot good enough to exploit Dom’s positioning. Thiem must vary his court position if he is to keep advancing. Many guys do. It wouldn’t hurt Thiem to take a bit off some of those groundstrokes. Hitting at full throttle all the time is just not a sound tactic anymore.

In my opinion his sudden comeback to his old level can be attributed to him changing his foreahnd to his old forhand if you how he hits the ball with his forehand here it seems like he shortened his forehand motion just like before beeing able to generate more topspin and cause less unforced errors in my opinion I don t think he was ever actually out of shape but was advised by his team (maybe) to change his forehand to his old one when his injury had healed completely and just play on the tour to just gain match experience
