Alcaraz’s serve has become lethal. Against returner like coric, he faced only two bps and got broken once. But immediately broke back and then again broke in last game. You just know he is coming for your serve in his return games. He is just that scary. Last year he would’ve gone to three sets. Serve improvement as well as return improvement has made life easy.

No wonder Carlos began the match a bit nervous; He’s already feeling his age 😂….FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS CARLITO🎉😊

After a whole generation of tennis ball ‘pushers’ we finally have someone who plays tennis like the way it’s supposed to. What a refreshing sight since Roger retired.

Holy shit what a performance from Coric. That’s one of the best parts about generational talent like Carlito, they usually raise everyone else’s level as they try to match theirs.

Can we all stop comparing Carlitos with the big 3 and see that he is in his own league? This man deserves it!

Happy Birthday Carlitos, that was a big way to close out a match against Coric!
Wish you much more success and health!

Coric played great tbh, yet only won 7 games. We are witnessing greatness at such a young age.

I say it every time he plays- he has the ability and the grace to bring the best out in himself and in his opponents. I think that is why the players respect him so much as well- they feel also honored in displaying their best tennis. The epitome of the 3 C’s: Cabeza, Corazon y Cojones as Alcaraz’s grandfather would say.

the thing he has in common with the big 3 is that he is constantly finding ways to win, even at bad days his opponents need their AAA+ game and he still finds a way to step up.

You can’t beat King Carlos at his own game. You gotta bring a different game to win. Power, speed, mindset and precision is what makes Carlos deadly.

Happy 20th Birthday Carlitos! Coric played very well but this is not enough to beat this young beast. No one can stop him to win this tournament. Next RG trophy!

Being so well liked and a star is possible. Federer did it so well and this young man is doing the same. Thanks to his parents and coaches for assisting in such a wonderful talent.

When the anglo-saxon sports commentators are calling him “Carlitos” you know he had won everybody’s hearts. Happy Birthday Carlos and all the best in life. Right now your future looks amazing :):):)
