I know both of them are not playing their best tennis, but its incredible how Jarry just defeated the finalist and the semifinalist of last year’s Roland Garros in two days. Two clay-court specialists. His style should be more suited for hard courts.

Was not familiar with Jarry’s game his shots are absolutely huge…he was hitting through Zverev standing 10 feet behind the baseline.

Watching Jarry is always exciting. It wasn’t even a bad game from Zverev. Maybe a few too many mistakes but Jarry was playing incredibly precise

Nicolás Jarry, the chilean player, remainds me of Juan Martín Del Potro, the argentinian… Both very tall, strong, athletic guys, with a huge serve and forehand, and great hands for delicate drop shots. Also, like Del Potro, Jarry is very sober and mature on court, respectful of the adversary and public, and no threatrics at all. I really hope Nicolas reach top a top ten ranking very soon.

Where the hell did Jarry come from?! The guy is a beast. And who, at the beginning of this tournament, would’ve picked a Jarry-Dimitrov final? If Jarry doesn’t crack under pressure, looks like he could take it.
