I’ve never seen anyone use the drop shot is such an offensive manner. He’s changing the game.

Vamos Carlitos!! Te quiero seguir viendo en el número 1. Qué lindo es verte jugar. Qué lindo es tu estilo de juego. Eres un grande. Sigue así de humilde como eres y todos te querrán!

Most exciting player on the tour. If only he could stop shouting seconds after he hits the ball, well into the opponents hitting time.

Poor (27%) success rate on the drop shots today, but it was quite breezy. He lost his serve in the second because of serving into the wind and making a couple of close faults. 2h25 minutes is still quick work, great to see that contrary to last year he is not spending 4+ hours per match on court!

Carlos came on to the Senior Circuit with a top drop shot. He can do it in any surface and feels comfortable doing it at any moment, even pressure points.

Showing winner at beginning, 2 min match hightlight w 40 seconds of hand shaking and waving to crowd. Well done!!!

That second set was like a sleep from Alcaraz lol. Once he woke up he was like a raging bull haha.

hes still getting used to best of 5 in grand slam formats, hes mastered best of 3, just needs a bit more exp since he’s young. Amazing young talent. Finally feels like we have a new “nadal” or “fed” to watch. so many of the new kids on the block have dashes of brilliance but its is never consistent.

Alcaraz not just plaing tennis his like an artist painting the masterpiece, so delicate and precise. 💪👌

Did Roland-Garros really just start off the video showing Alcaraz raising his hands in victory? Before showing the match? That was quite disappointing to see the result before the gameplay!

Who’s “great” idea was it to show the winner before the highlight begins? And 3 minutes is not long enough. Can’t wait to get back to watching Tennis TV.

They just can not keep themselves from spoiling the winner either in the title, thumbnail or the first scene of the highlight. Lol it’s just ridiculous

Carlos is reaching a mastery of dropshots never seen before in men’s tennis: the reflex, the quick transition, the perfect execution.. damn, IT IS already dropshot perfection. So beautiful to see, we can’t get enough when it’s PERFECT ❤

Also, we can’t talk about dropshot perfection without saying the name Ons Jabeur. This amazing lady is at a scary level on this too ❤

Sometimes I forget how young Carlos is and frown on him dropping a set. He’s still learning obviously.
