Too fast, too hard, too smart. Perfect tennis from Carlitos. He made the world no.5 Tsitsipas look like a rookie in this match.

Alcaraz is an absolute unit. Completely destroyed Tsitsipas’s body and soul.

Friday’s semi is going to be fire 🔥

He hit a 184 km forehand. Jeez. And he keeps doing it point after point not just few points in match. He is taking tennis to next level of Evolvement. Fans discredit alc by saying opponent mental game was weak but truth is he destroys them physically

When he’s firing on all cylinders he has the touch of federer, the strength of nadal and the endurance/mentality of djokovic. Simply incredible

When you think you can’t get the next new level player after the Big 3. He’s so much fun to watch. And he’s a freaking nice kid. It’s just unfair!

It looked like it was going to be 6-2, 6-1, 6-2, but I think the tighter third set will actually help Alcaraz for the next round, fighting his way of a mini-battle in that set and reminding himself to stay focussed. Was extraordinary to see the number five player in the world getting the sympathy applause for winning a game and then at other moments holding his arms aloft in almost mock-celebration for actually playing a good point.

Alcaraz is truly a gem in the tennis world. Indisputably the greatest tennis player right now, yet he has no ego and constantly shows humility. Kind to his fans and even the ball boys and ball girls. Truly a once in a generation talent!

Carlos really does have the most complete game. Huge groundies, movement, serve, excellent drop shots and court sense. I haven’t really seen anyone rise this quick in the men’s game since the emergence of the Big 3. If he stays healthy, he’s got an incredible career not just ahead of him, but right now.

What a great performance from Alcaraz! Tsitsipas’ level is way below Alcaraz in this tournament. Carlitos has all the tools and mental strength to win this tournament. His energy, strength, speed and variety of shots are all insane and out if this world! Sorry Djoko, 23rd GS trophy is not for you here in RG.

Definitely a combo of Rafa-RF-Djoko mentality, tenacity, agressiveness, physically strong and smart…he will obviously lead the next gen to a new era…

Some people are determined to be miserable watching this kid. I don’t get it. He plays such fun tennis and has so much fun doing it. I always find myself smiling watching him play (and win again and again)

Very impressive victory from Carlos. Tsisipas didn’t have an answer. His power and precision confirming that we are watching the start of a new era. Now Novak.

This boy must have made a pact with some unknown forces of the cosmos. What a talent and what raw power he displays on the court. If Novak wins it will be purely based on experience. Nobody can outplay his game right now

There is no escape from Alcaraz. We have to acknowledge that Carlos’ greatest asset is the era in which he was born.
