The 2023 US Open main draw runs from August 28 – September 10 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 143rd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz and Poland’s Iga Swiatek claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was both players’ first US Open title, with Alcaraz winning his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek winning her third Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another historic tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. Petition to make the highlights of the US open better:
1) Always show the handshake – do not cut off the video before that
2) Do not show double faults unless it’s on matchpoint – show the most entertaining points instead
3) Do not show the winner in the thumbnail – show both players

Seriously why are you including double faults in these highlight packages two minutes and 40 seconds almost 30 of which were taken up watching these guys double fault

It’s tough but not impossible with Tiafoe’s current form
I understand including double faults on set points (even that is strange for “highlights”) but to include a 1-3 30-40 DF is just weird like what are u even doing lol
Tiofoe, shelton & alcaraz are looking great in tank tops.
Tiafoe plays as strong as a Buffalo. Perhaps he can tame the racket destroyer -Djokovick.

How Rinky Hijkata even made the round of 16 at a major is mind blowing. Watched a ton of him at the challenger level where he was just a mid level player

If there’s one player on the tour I simply cannot stand, it’s Tiafoe.

Hijikata has no weapons.
For a UNC grad, he sure had a low IQ gameplan. Did he really think he was going to be able to go baseline to baseline with Tiafoe and beat him? Didn’t incorporate any variety into his game, just tried to outhit the much more powerful man, and this is why he’s ranked where he is
The video is two minutes long, and 40 seconds of it we are watching double mistakes… it is a disaster 🙃🙃🙃🙃
