The 2023 US Open main draw runs from August 28 – September 10 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 143rd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz and Poland’s Iga Swiatek claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was both players’ first US Open title, with Alcaraz winning his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek winning her third Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another historic tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. As a huge Alcaraz fan I have to say that the game of medvedev today was simply amazing, he did absolutely everything perfect.
I was afraid of Novak and Danil meeting because Danil is hard to beat when he is in his game mode, but on the other hand he is also my second favorite player after Novak, I like his modesty, originality and most of all his sharp intelligence.

Winning over a crowd as the match goes is probably one of the best feelings you could have as an athlete in general so this was great to see
I was at this match and let me just say Medvedev had great mental toughness. The entire crowd was against him and he still won. Hope he does well against Djokovic.
As Medvedev once said: “In the first ten anybody can beat anybody”.
Medvedev never disappoints on hard courts. His style is unique, I rlly regret being doubtful with him winning over Alcaraz ❤🥺

Medvedev is a great player. So sad to see that the media dont show attention to him and only talking about alcaraz. The media was like „yeah alcaraz vs Djokovic“. Now eat this. Meddy is back. Dont forget guys he was in some Finales before and won one of the grand slams. Hes a top player!!!
