Stefanos is so fricken athletic. His movement, first step, and vertical are not talked about enough.

Takeaways: Stef finally looks good again — his 2023 has been so poor it’s been hard to believe this same man almost beat Novak at RG for the #1 rank. Should hang on to his top-10 next year, though hard to see him breaking top-5 with Djoker, Carlos, Sinner, Med, and Rublev clearly above the rest of the field, and with the Americans pushing each other to join Fritz in the top 10. Wouldn’t be a surprise to see all 4 of Fritz, Tiafoe, Paul, and Shelton in the top 10 by the end of next year. Also, Fils is a freak – and the kid is just 19 years old! Like Shelton, wouldn’t be surprised to see him threatening the top-10 by 21. Bublik has always had top-10 talent, but I don’t think he’ll ever reach it — he is more focused though, which should land him in the top-20 next year. Perricard has the tools, but he’s too raw; def capable of breaking top-100 soon. And Marterer looks like a real player, see him in the top-50, not too different from fellow German Hanfmann. Regardless, gotta root for Stef — he has the hottest girlfriend 😉

What’s happening to Stefanos, He’s absoulutely dominent on the court with light movement. very impressive.

Bublik return position on the first set was ridiculously far from the line. I’ve never seen someone returning the ball next to the ball boy. Then on the third set he stays on the line for the return. I’m sure he plays on anyone’s nerves 😂
