After the Wimbledon loss, I thought that the next big three (Alcaraz, Sinner, and Rune) would take charge, but Djokovic ended up defeating all of them in the same week.

You know something downright magical about Novak Djokovic? That he didn’t have anything for granted and we witnessed in real time how he overcame himself both physically and mentally to become the best. It’s solid proof that we can believe in ourselves and push our furthest limits even if everything seems to be telling otherwise. Inspirational.

Too hard for anyone to beat Djokovic at his peak. Yesterday it was clear Djokovic was peaking at the right time. Congrats to Djokovic for a record 7th ATP Finals title! G.O.A.T.

How can one’s best year be when he’s aged 36?! Only Novak. What a dominant 2023 as he’s about to eclipse 400 weeks as the #1 player. Unbelievable match today too, his serve was insane. 🏆🇷🇸

Only participated in 12 tournaments but won three Grand Slam titles, two Masters 1000 titles, won the ATP Finals, and claimed year-end no. 1. That can only be the GOAT 🇷🇸🐐

I’m a Djokovic fan ❤ but I also like Sinner, so humble, natural, he doesn’t pretend to be a tennis star, a great tennis player, phenomenal. After Djokovic, he’s my number one

Mentally, he is elite. He wears you down physically, then gets to you mentally, and finally takes your soul! 🎉

Everybody thought that Alcaraz was just off his game. Djokovic is just on another level right now. If you watched both of these matches, they both have a score line so typical of tennis that didn’t indicate the level of game play. The match against Carlos had insane quality hitting and rallies. Even Sinner just couldn’t keep up with the level. Novak masterclass.

As predicted yesterday, Djokovic just let Sinner win earlier this week, and shifted gears today. If he continues to play this good for 2 more years, he will set records that will probably never be broken in his lifetime. Athlete of the century, feeling privileged to witness this from the beginning. Btw I’m sure he has made the total tournament win record (109) held by Connors his next goal. I wouldn’t mind seeing him add a number of 250 titles at the end of his career just to break that one, he fully deserves it. The record of Connors consisted mostly of smaller titles, but numbers are numbers. Go Novak!
