We TRULY know that Felix is on his way back up,it will be there, true fans know this, keep going Felix,we know your game is coming back. Injuries suck
Felix plays well for 3 months a year. The indoor season just before winter. Dani shows up every single day and twice on Sunday.
The Hard Court Machine
A few years ago everyone was talking about Canadian tennis like it was the future of the sport on the planet. But Raonic is most likely only 1 more groin pull away from retirement, FAA and Shapo are perpetual head cases, and our next highest ranked player is some 22 yr old guy who’s 6 ft 8 and wins about 40% of his matches.
Félix has a simple game: unforced, unforced, unforced… ace, unforced, unforced, unforced and when you think that’ll come an ace it’s another unforced. I don’t know a top 200 who hits 34 forehand shots in a match missing 26 (23% of success!), 15 backhand winner attempts 15 missed (0,0%) we’re talking about a player that almost couldn’t point by himself basically. Félix is kilometers far away from his standard form, he made few sprints even when needed he didn’t try what means he’s not 100% he’s one of fastest players on tour.
Great Octopus. Amazing form.
I think Meddy is in his prime.
Looks like a Meddy-Alcaraz semifinal could be on.
Medvedev the proud father of FAA.
At this point FAA needs to take a hard look at his career and what he wants it to be, going forward. For now, he’s peaked. If he wants to be a GS contender, he’s gotta take every aspect of his game (especially his mental fortitude) to a different level or accept being a mid tier player for the rest of his career.
Congrats to Medvedev for an impressive victory. Expected.
Those Canadians are just so nice. They always give the big matches to their opponents.
No, seriously, Felix needs to expand his game if he ever wants to be a major champion. With his size and power he should attack the net as much as possible. He’s not going to beat Medvedev or Alcaraz from the baseline.
Just what the doctor ordered. After a grueling five-set match for Meddy the previous match, I’m glad he won this one in straights with no problem!
Currently my favorite player, love the way he plays. If he could win 10 grand slam titles in his career, I’ll be a happy camper
For me Danil makes it to the final he loves playing at AO and I believe he can beat Alcaraz.
7-0 that’s domination 👏🏻
Daniil…naš brat…🇷🇸❤️🇷🇺
Contundente Daniil VS Auger… pense que iba a ser mas peleado!
He needed this after last match.
the semis WILL be the top 4 seeds with med and raz playing well and sinner on absolute fire
and djokovic is… djokovic
Today Auger Aliassime was surprisingly off colour. It is time he played to his potential. To top it, he was playing against an off colour Medvedev.
オフェンシブな選手にはホントつええよな。
Something about Felix just really bugs me, and I’m Canadian lol. Love medvedev, he’s a real genuine person, and a really consistent tennis player.
