Some of the angles mussetti and Fils were hitting against each other were insane
Fils shows so much respect to his opponent after a loss, love that guy, so much respect.
Fils came back all the way from 5-2 only to lose 7-5. This happens a lot in tennis. For some reason, when you equalize the score after being behind bigtime, the tension and focus tends to drop a bit.
Not sure if Safiullin played bad or if Novak was just too good; Novak looked so smooth out there on the court.
Zverev adding deep ground strokes, drop shots and net play to his already strong serve and immaculate consistency, is turning him into the best version of Zverev I have ever seen. This is a contender.
I appreciate how gracious most players are in defeat. It shows real class.
