It is almost incredible how good Sinner is right now. His groundies so solid, mentality impeccable, serve has improved a ton. Much more variety.

Make no mistake. This win today by Novak was huge. He really needed a big win as he seeks to reboot his 2024 season and he got it today over a very accomplished player who took him out exactly one year ago in MC.
What stood out to me was a solid gameplan and fearless execution. Musetti tied him up in knotts last year and it would have been easy to be intimidated today because Novak just doesn’t have much match play this year but he looked rock solid. His passing shots were brilliant and he had his down the line backhand cooking!
Novak showed great tenacity today coming back from an early break and really making Musetti work.
He still has a long way to go but this is the kind of win that can propel him to the top of the game again
Hope Sinner maintains his BEAST Mode. He is something we haven’t seen in a while. Fuorzza

I used to despise Tsitsipas but I have to say he’s grown on me a lot in the past year, I really respect his game and his hustle. He’s exceptionally talented, just up against an incredibly dominant era of male tennis players. But this was a spectacular win against Zverev.
