IMO, just by the game alone, excluding the mental and physical aspects (of which Novak is the undisputed GOAT), Sinner is far more dangerous and challenging to face on hardcourts, than even the greatest hardcourter of all time, Djokovic.

Unbelievable performance by Jannik!! The way he dominated and overpowered Novak all over the court was elite. He has so many weapons. He got challenged by Novak with the 3rd set, didn’t crumble, and composed himself for the 4th. He is playing with so much confidence and maturity. Novak couldn’t break him. Carlos Alcaraz warned Novak Djokovic that he will defeat Djokovic in Australian Open and win Australian Open. But reality Janik Sinner did it.
Sinner is like Roger. Never bitches, complains, relaxed, and just likable. He also plays the game the right way. He sees an opening, he takes it. His forehand down the line has been one of the best shots in tennis the past 2 months. He’s seeing it like a volleyball.
What a classy performance by Sinner. Pure gentleman, no shouting or cussing. Just focusing on his game and let it do the talking. Just a smile after the victory. Amazing and humble guy! Definitely a lesson for others to learn from.
Wow. Novak had ZERO break point chances the entire match. That’s absurd. I always liked Jannik but I was concerned he wouldn’t hold up as well in best of 5 matches. I’m so glad I’m wrong. Go all the way!!🦊
