Khachanov made me realize how rarely I see alcaraz even get broken on clay. It’s like prime nadal type of stuff. Alcaraz reminds me a bit of fed the way he’ll routinely hit insanely difficult shots, or invent shots on the fly that I’ve never seen before. It’s insane how consistently close to the net his drop shots land, as well as how consistently close his defensive lobs get to the baseline. It’s insane to think that at 19, he’s not just a raw talent with world #1 potential; he might genuinely be the best player on the planet, whether Novak is playing his best or not. This kid has me watching tennis consistently again and it’s great to be back into a sport I used to love so much

It’s so easy to talk about Carlitos and his crazy good talent but his humility and grind I think are his most commendable traits. No trace of arrogance from this young man, it’s hard not to root for him. Sinner and Carlitos are THE future of tennis!

Alcarez always making his opponent work hard. Wonderful to see Boric back on the court. Boric is a natural talent sidelined by injuries throughout his career. So happy to have him back playing.

Alcaraz is a gift–with Fed gone and Thiem no longer competing at a high level, Alcaraz brings the excitement back. Even when he’s crushing an opponent, his matches are fun to watch, something I can mostly only apply to Fed. I hope he stays healthy and I hope he gets to play Djokovic at some point this season.

Alcaraz is pure wonder! Love to have him with us to make tennis watchable. Coric is a cool guy, like his new hair style and determination to win more after being injured. Lovely clay season is ahead of us.

Alcaraz cruising masters 1000 like 250 is crazy, looks like a routine for him. On the way to win his 4th masters in just over a year is unbelievable. It took ages for the next gen to win some and this guy is overtaking in no time. From 2-5 to 7-5 🤯

Carlos is playing more and more net now. He knows exactly when to come in and he knows what to do. Most guys now are lost when they have to hit a followup volley.

SMH. A heck of a comeback in the second set by Alcaraz and just dominating at the end. Good match.

Alcaraz always brings out the best in his opponents just to shut them down. What else can be said? The kid is good

Alcaraz can’t escape being a teenager, but his journey to being the greatest tennis player of all time seems inevitable, praying he can avoid injury, missed him unavailable for the Australian Open due to a abdominal muscle injury.

Coric playing well 👏👏👏. Carlos…seems to be on a roll 🤞👍🏾👍🏾. Proud of how he dug himself out of the 2nd set hole 👏👏

The Alcaraz drop shots are the best ever. He disguises them well and they don’t bounce high after they land.

I was checking the scores periodically during the day. When I saw 2:5 in the second set, I assumed that they would go to a third. I was surprised when I checked a while later, expecting them the be half way through a third set, only for the match to be over.

Tremendous shot depth coric. Had struggles with injuries good to see him back getting to his best. Top competitor on all surfaces. Clay seems work well for as his movement is top notch
